Our spacious 20 x 40 Victory Versailles luxury lodge, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need. 

 

The premium pitch boasts a large uPVC decking area both to the side and front of the lodge. From the veranda there are lovely views overlooking the sea & headlands and to the rear the Bolands complex with landscaped gardens and water feature.  

 

There is a spacious, open plan living room complete with free standing curved electric sofa,  separate arm chair, electric fire and flatscreen TV with surround sound.  Off the lounge is a  4 seater dining room suite and kitchen area all of which are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday home. The kitchen boasts a modern cooker, integrated microwave, fridge & freezer & dish washer.  There is also a small breakfast bar for casual dining.  There is a washing machine located in the utility room.

 

There are two bedrooms each spacious with ample storage with bathroom access.   The spacious king size master has a walk in wardrobe & an en-suite bathroom with bath & overhead shower and a dressing table area.  There is ample room in here for a travel cot if required.  The second bedroom has jack and jill style access to the master bathroom which contains a shower.

 

The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the beach & club house, restaurant, entertainment, amusement arcade, fully heated indoor swimming pool.  The shop, laundry room, bakery and kids playground for children of all ages are within a 10 minute walk.

 

The lodges license is due TBC. The price includes all costs and fees (£14,220) for the remainder of the current year.
