There is an large open plan living area with electric reclining free standing sofas, one with an integrated double sofa bed. There's a TV with unit & side tables.  There is a remote controlled electric fireplace to compliment the central heating and it is built to a residential specification making the caravan perfect for use all year.  French doors to the front and a side door lead onto a large UPVC decking area.

 

The kitchen is fitted with an integrated cooker, microwave, American style fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery as part of a standard inventory.  There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for a home cooked meal. The kitchen includes a washing machine & dryer as well as a dishwasher.  A velux window adds additional light to the room

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with walk in wardrobe space, a TV, dressing table and an en-suite with bath. The mattresses in both bedrooms have been upgraded for supreme comfort levels.  A velux window over the dressing table provides additional light

There is a twin bedroom with full size single beds & is complete with ample storage space with wardrobe & overhead cupboards & a TV.

The license is due for renewal 28.8.2030.
