Willerby Rio Premier caravan, located in The Gardens area of Lydstep Beach Village, complete with full central heating, gas fire and double glazing. 

French doors onto decking giving stunning views across Lydstep beach. Outdoor patio furniture is supplied for your comfort. Parking space for 1 car is available adjacent to the caravan.

Comfortable open plan lounge with free standing sofa has stunning views across the bay. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Modern kitchen area with plenty of storage, oven, hobs, extractor hood, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Table and 6 chairs provided for those home cooked meals. Skylight provides natural light into the room

This 3 bedroom caravan can sleep up to 8 people, with a large double master bedroom with en-suite toilet, a twin room with 2 single beds and a second double bedroom. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and draws for storage space.

The main bathroom is complete with sink, WC and shower.

We accept one dog in our caravan of all sizes, but kindly ask you to respect our family home by covering all furniture with throws and avoiding your dogs from entering the sleeping area or being left in the caravan unattended.

Regretfully we cannot accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no  smoking is permitted in our caravan. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows will be provided for you.
