This Willerby Salsa Eco caravan measures 36 x 12ft & is located on a corner plot in Preseli on Kiln Park.  It is double glazed and is gas centrally heated for your comfort levels which was installed in November 2023 and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flatscreen TV and a modern fire for additional heat. There is ample storage space with display shelving.  The sofa can pull out to make a double bed for additional sleeping space.

The main door leads out on to the 8 x 20ft side UPVC decking with ample space for outdoor patio furniture. 

There is a crescent shaped dining area  with booth seating & additional stools.  The fully fitted galley style kitchen is complete with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans.

At the rear of the caravan, the master bedroom has a double size bed, wardrobe space and dressing table area.

The second & third bedroom have 2 single beds and ample storage space.  

The main bathroom has a walk in shower with sink unit and a W.C.  There is a second W.C. perfect for larger families

​The price includes all fees (£8125 for 2024) & costs.  License renewal 2031.
