This ABI Roxbury caravan is located in the beautiful Terraces, giving stunning views of the sea from the lounge & decking. It is double glazed and is centrally heated for your comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable corner seating complete with flatscreen TV and a modern fire for additional heat. There is ample storage space with display shelving.  The sofa can pull out to make a double bed for additional sleeping space.

The patio doors boast incredible views out towards The Headland & Caldey Island, and leads out onto the wrap around glass fronted decking with space for outdoor patio furniture. A private parking space is available next to the caravan.

 

There is a dining area  with seating for 4 people within the kitchen.  The fully fitted kitchen is complete with fridge / freezer, kettle, integrated microwave, toaster and cooker. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans.

 

At the rear of the caravan, the master bedroom has a double size bed, overhead storage, wardrobe space and dressing table area.

 

The second & third bedroom have 2 single beds and ample storage space.  

 

The main bathroom has a walk in shower with sink unit and a W.C.  There is a second W.C. perfect for larger families​
