Immaculate 2020 Swift Bordeaux exclusive model with panoramic views across Lydstep Bay.

Externally the caravan benefits from a well maintained decking area with outdoor furniture and exterior light.

​

Patio doors lead from the wrap around decking into a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A fire is available in the lounge for additional heat during the cooler months and the caravan is double glazed with central heating making the caravan perfect for use all year round. WIFI is supplied via Starlink, ensuring a more stable connection. There is a smart TV in the lounge with access to Netflix (guests can access using own log in details). 

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a 6 seater dining table. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Kitchen accessories, crockery and cutlery are included, and there is sufficient storage space.

 

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and an en-suite WC.

 

There are two further twin bedrooms,  with fitted wardrobes and storage space.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.

 

Pillows and duvets provided. However sheets, covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats are not included. These can be hired from us at an additional cost.

 

This caravan also has its own private parking alongside the caravan for one car only. The caravan is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the clubhouse and a 5 minute to the children's playground. The shop, laundrette and reception within a short 5 minute stroll.

 

This caravan is pet friendly, allowing one medium or two small dogs, and the owners kindly ask that guests provide their own dog blankets and do not allow dogs on the beds. 

 

We have a no smoking policy in our caravan and are unable to accept group bookings from those 21 and under.  Also Haven do not allow single sex group bookings.
