This Swift Loire caravan is located in the beautiful Terraces, giving stunning panoramic views across Lydstep beach and also benefits from getting the sun from early morning until late in the evening from the south facing decking. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating please note TV is excluded from sale and a modern fire for additional heat. The sofa can pull out to make a double bed for additional sleeping space.

The bay window boasts incredible views out towards Caldey Island, and the main door leads out on to the wrap about decking with space for outdoor patio furniture. A private parking space is available next to the caravan.

There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans.

At the rear of the caravan, the master bedroom has a double size bed, wardrobe space and storage.

The second & third bedroom have 2 single beds, complete with dressing table area and ample storage space.  

The main bathroom has a walk in shower with sink unit, towel rail and a W.C.  There is also a separate toilet ideal for large families.
