It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac area of the park perfect for children and those looking for a peaceful holiday home location. It is close to the onsite shop, laundrette and children’s playground all within a 10 minute walk. There's multiple beach access points within 5-10 minutes walk and a 15 minute leisurely stroll will take you to the club house.

 

There is a modern living room with freestanding sofas which have recently been reupholstered, flatscreen TV and a fire for additional heat in the cooler months. There is also an open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and crockery and cutlery included as part of the inventory included in the sale.  The kitchen has had new worktops & tiles fitted and a dishwasher has been added for convenience.

We have a pull out dining out table stored in the caravan which can be placed in the lounge and comfortably sit 6 people for a home cooked meal.

 

Master bedroom has a double bed with ample storage space and en-suite toilet which has also recently been upgraded with the addition of a new slimline sink unit. The large room allows for a travel cot to fit into the bedroom, making it perfect for young families.  There's also ample storage space for personal items.

We have a walk-in shower room in the family bathroom as well is a sink and W.C.

 

This caravan also has its own private parking to the side of the caravan and a lovely decking area with astroturf, making it great for children to play on all year round.
